Firstly I want to thank you so much for supporting my small business!

Please be aware that there is only one person handling this business. I make, pack and send everything by myself. Occasionally some mistakes are made, so I really appreciate your patience and understanding!

Below are some reminders you need to keep in mind before purchasing a product from me. By making a purchase you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

The product

My pieces are not industrially manufactured, so expect slight variations in shape, size and colour, even in products that belong to the same series. I do my best to make the products as similar as possible, but I also embrace the differences as this is what makes each piece unique!

I try and be as accurate as possible when i photograph the pieces, as well as when listing size and volume measurements.

 

Care

Since my work is handmade, it is much more fragile than industrially manufactured work. My work is dishwasher safe, however I would recommend hand-washing it to ensure longevity.

Avoid using the pots with food or drink that may stain the surface.

Until now I’ve had no problems with microwaving my pieces for short periods of time, however I do not recommend it or take any responsibility should any problems occur while doing so.

 

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are not offered if you have a change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if I have shipped the incorrect items. If this does occur, please get in touch via e-mail providing your order number and images of the goods received. I will do my best to ensure you are happy with any replacements or refunds.
